Easter Egg Challenge March 30th to April 4th 2024 and Family Astronomy April 5th to 10th.

For 2024 there will be a chance for children to take part in a short Easter challenge every day between March 30th and April 4th.
The challenge will be based around the park with a chocolate reward on completion.

On Saturday March 30th we will hold our main Easter event which includes making an Easter basket to fill with chocolates in our craft tent.
These events are free of charge for those staying on the park.

Family Astronomy Event

Friday 5th to 10th April 2024.

Haw Wood Farm will be hosting an Astronomy week for you to enjoy!
As this is during the school holidays we will be making this more of a family friendly event, although our regular astronomers will also be observing, we would like to open the week up for everyone.
If you wish to join us for this, you can book online as usual but expect the site to be very dark so that you can see the stars!

Our regular astronomers will be conducting tours of the night sky and allowing new star gazers to observe through their telescopes! Dont miss this opportunity if you have ever wanted to know a bit more about the night sky.

You will be expected to follow our dark sky etiquette if you book for this event.
